"Let me start by saying Bidadoo is a fantastic place to buy stuff. For example. I had a lift that I purchased and I didn't realize that it had a drive issue. It had it when I was loading it but thought maybe it was the contacts because it started working again. Bidadoo already accommodated me on letting me pick it late and store my trailer over night. I talked with them because the lift is doing the same thing as before. Well long story-short, there letting me bring it back if I can't get it fixed and there even helping me with the cost of of the diagnostics. There customer service and satisfaction is great. "Bought a 1 year old aerator from Bidadoo, an old Herc Rentals unit, for roughly 60 cents on the dollar (shipping and tax included) compared to buying new locally. Great value. Had a small issue in getting the machine shipped due to location not having pallets. Machine shipped out once they got pallets a few days later. They took $50 off the shipping costs to allow for the late shipment. The people I spoke with at Bidadoo were very professional and honest. Great follow up. Machine arrived in "like new" condition, just as the pictures indicated. Couldn't be happier."

This particular time there was a hard to find problem with the equipment that was undetected when the machine was inspected and put up for auction. After receiving the machine the problem occurred.
