Buying
All bidding is done through eBay. If you click "Bid Now" or "Make An Offer" on bidadoo's site, it will re-direct you to eBay where you can sign in or register. Be on the lookout for an email from bidadoo that will detail payment instructions and next steps. This email will be sent to your registered email address with eBay. Once we receive payment, you'll get an email with instructions on how to pick up your item.
We sell items from many different locations throughout North America and beyond. Please check the Item Location field near the top of the eBay listing for the specific location. Once we receive payment, you'll receive an email with the full address and pickup instructions.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal for items selling up to $1,500.
All payments must be made or sent to our headquarters in Kent, Washington. Please follow the instructions in the email we sent following your winning bid.
We will mark your item as paid in eBay once we receive your payment. eBay will send you an email at that time. We will also email you pick up details for the item.
Pickup & Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, our standard pickup terms listed in every auction state that items must be picked up within 14 calendar days of auction end.
Yes, generally bidadoo offers a standard palletizing service on items that are able to ship on a pallet through a common LTL carrier. The cost of this service - which includes the pallet, banding, labor involved to palletize and equipment to load onto a truck - is included in the shipping estimate displayed during the auction and the quote you will receive after the close of the auction. Special palletizing requests or crating services will incur additional costs.
Yes, you can send in your own shipping company.
For Palletized Freight please be aware that most common LTL carriers require items to be palletized. The palletizing fee stated on the listing. This includes the pallet, banding, labor involved to palletize and equipment to load onto a truck. This fee is not included with your bid and is an additional cost. We require at least one business day notice to palletize an item. Please be sure to email a copy of your bill of lading in advance to logistics@bidadoo.com, and also be sure the carrier has the eBay item number and a copy of the bill of lading.
For Flatbed Freight please be sure to email a copy of your bill of lading in advance to logistics@bidadoo.com, and also be sure the carrier has the eBay item number and a copy of the bill of lading. Each item has a handling fee, this fee is stated in the auction in the Shipping tab near the bottom of the listing. Although loading assistance is usually available, please ensure your transport company brings the appropriate equipment to secure and transport your load.
Yes, all items are available for local pickup. Each item has an administrative and handling fee, this fee is stated in the auction in the eBay Item Specifics section near the top of the listing. Please email logistics@bidadoo.com in advance of your pickup so we can have the item ready. Although loading assistance is usually available, please bring the appropriate equipment to secure and transport your load.
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, many items can be shipped internationally. We work with a number of partners that can facilitate the pickup and drop offs to the port of your choosing or your freight forwarder. Please work with your customs broker to determine eligibility.
Each listing contains the shipping details specific to that item. To receive a shipping cost or estimate prior to the close of auction:
- For UPS Ground items, the shipping cost can be found in the Shipping & Payments eBay tabs near the bottom of the listing.

No, if you cannot remove your item from the location within the standard pickup term of 14 days, you'll need to make arrangements to have the item moved to an offsite / 3rd party storage facility. Please contact us if you need help.
Sales Tax
bidadoo is required to collect sales tax in a number of states and provinces. Please see the "Sales Tax" tab within the listing description on eBay for a list of states/provinces we collect tax in. We accept resale permits/tax exemption certificates for all states. Please fax your certificate to (206) 442-9020, or email it to auctionservices@bidadoo.com.
eBay may collect tax automatically in some states for some purchases.
In the event you are not charged sales tax, you may still be responsible for use tax in your state. Please refer to your state or local laws for details.
We accept tax exemption or resale certificates for all states. Please email your tax exemption certificate to auctionservices@bidadoo.com.

Note: bidadoo still requires a valid tax exemption certificate on file.
Vehicle & Trailer Titles
For buyers in most states, we will be provide all paperwork necessary to complete title transfer at your local licensing authority.
bidadoo will complete title transfer for Washington State buyers.
All titled items are subject to an administrative fee, typically $146.20. Please see the administrative and handling fee section of the listing for any fees associated with that specific item.
Additionally, Washington State buyers will be charged Washington motor vehicle sales tax and transfer fees. Those fees will be calculated post-sale and we'll send you information when we receive the specific fees from the state.
Collection of applicable taxes, license, title, tonnage, trip permits and vehicle registration fees for any titled items will be in accordance with the laws of the state where the item is located, and be paid by the purchaser.
Purchasers of licensed items outside the state of Washington will be provided the necessary documentation needed for transfer of ownership where they reside, where they may pay taxes and registration and title fees in their state of residence. These fees, if applicable, may be added to the purchase.
No, we do not provide registration services. Please work with your local DMV or licensing authority to obtain registration.
Buyers are responsible for obtaining their own trip permits from their local DMV.
bidadoo can provide Washington State 3 day trip permits for an additional fee for a maximum of 9 days for vehicles located at our Kent, WA location.
We are happy to provide copies of the necessary documents to obtain a trip permit upon request, typically this includes copies of the Bill of Sale and Title once the item has been paid for.
An MSO is typically issued by the equipment manufacturer when the unit is sold new. Only in certain circumstances when specifically stated in the auction can bidadoo provide an MSO.
Please review the listing Description for specific title information, typically look for the "Vehicle Registrations, Titles, Deposits and Disclaimers" section.
Washington State buyers will be assessed sales tax on their vehicle or titled item purchase. Buyers in other states will be required to pay sales tax at their local licensing authority when the vehicle or trailer is registered.

Titles are typically mailed within 3-5 business days of being notified that the unit has been picked up. Some vehicles may require up to 45 days for original title. Titles are mailed USPS priority with tracking.
In the event an item does not have a title, we can provide you with a Bill of Sale which will typically provide the needed information for your local agency when obtaining a title – if needed. Titling regulations vary by state, please check with your local licensing authority for more information.
International buyers: items may be difficult to export outside their country of origin without a Certificate of Title; please check with your customs broker before bidding.

We can provide upon request: original bill of sale and NAFTA certificate of origin (provided the item qualifies). We typically cannot provide a manufacturer's certificate of origin, this must be obtained directly from the manufacturer.

Selling: Pre-Sale
Email sell@bidadoo.com with the following: unit #, year, make, model, serial number, location, and condition. We will connect you with your local bidadoo sales representative.
Nope! Selling with bidadoo means you can sell-in-place from your yard or location. We come to you for equipment photos, video, and testing.
We have auction service centers throughout the US and Canada. Call 206-442-9000 to coordinate transporting your equipment to one of our locations.
Make sure equipment is clean, starts and operates as expected, and is accessible for necessary videos and testing. Also, please identify and disclose any mechanical issues to your bidadoo inspector at the time of testing.
We ask that you flag bidadoo-inspected equipment in your system to avoid inadvertent mistakes such as rentals, duplicate sales, transfers, etc. Our inspection reports are a "snapshot" of each machine at time of inspection and must be maintained as closely as possible for our Bidders and Buyers.
If your equipment is listed via No-Reserve Auction, it will sell the following Tuesday. If your equipment is listed via Buy It Now, it will sell when the best offer is accepted.
As the seller, you set the level of inspection allowed at your facility. bidadoo will handle the rest of the process for you by screening the Bidders / Buyers and coordinating a date and time with your facility.
Selling: Post-Sale
bidadoo coordinates the post-sale process with you and the buyer. Reference your Seller Portal for specific steps to take regarding your item(s) release.
Please provide keys and adequate unloading fuel, and let the driver know the destination instructions and load item(s) based on verified Make, Model, and Serial Number (not asset numbers).
As the seller, you're responsible for assisting with the safe loading of equipment leaving the facility. If you have any issues, please let bidadoo know.
